Spirit Sessions are small group offerings (2-4 people) that offer meditation, a mini seated Reiki session to align you, and intuitive Spirit messages from Janice B. using oracle cards and automatic writing. The focus of these sessions is to commune with Spirit and Janice will use oracle cards and automatic writing to interpret any messages that may come through.
